The winning video will be included in the CBC TV documentary 1 DAY , airing for the first time this Sunday night.

The Test to Turn 5 was submitted by Stephen Rowe of Burnaby, B.C., and stars his young son, Kaizen.

The winning entry tells an engaging story the four-year-old boy who is determined to pass "the test to turn five".
