By popular demand, DigiBC is hosting ANOTHER networking event July 12, 2012. Join the Digital & Tech Community,  including founders, executives, students and industry supports - for a Summer BBQ of sharing and connecting offline. Each attendee will receive complimentary drink and full BBQ meal!
Have you been to Electronic Art's Burnaby studio? If not, you are in for a real treat. The coolest place to work in BC- soccer field, gym, movie theater, and everything you can imagine under one (HUGE) work space.
Electronic Arts Burnaby location has offered us their (AMAZING) space. They will be showcasing their new Motion Capture Studio.
The motion capture and scanning studio on EA's Burnaby campus is home to the world leading technological and innovation facility for digital production. With 18,000 square feet of studio space, 118 optical motion capture cameras, a mobile 3D likeness capture stage, wireless 4D facial performance capture, and our patented Director's Camera technology, we deliver on all elements of virtual production in one location. The innovative and experienced team is now opening its doors to serve all types of production, including animation, video games and visual effects for film and television. We invite the members of DigiBC and BC interactive to join us on July 12, 2012 to experience our first-class amenities, premiere facility, and innovative technology. Let us capture your imagination.
STUDENTS OF BC: We all know how difficult it is to get into EA. Electronic Arts has agreed to a special tour of their studio. We are actively trying to pursue student-industry involvement. Don't miss this one-time chance to see the most amazing studio in all of BC. Special opportunity!
