CCSA, CBC Strike Deal for Broadband, VOD Programming Rights | Mediacaster Magazine - Broadband & Content

The Canadian Cable Systems Alliance (CCSA) and CBC/Radio-Canada have completed work on an agreement for the distribution of the public broadcaster's specialty services.

The new deal, announced this month, includes on-demand and broadband rights for the bold, documentary, CBC News Network, RDI, and ARTV programming services.

"This is a great new partnership for CBC/Radio-Canada, making our top-rated Canadian programming available in more homes and delivered to Canadians on more platforms, for years to come," said Janice Ward, Director of Affiliate Marketing and Distribution at CBC.
